A wooden diffuser is a great way to use essential oils to help release tension and stress whenever you are at home, at work, on your yoga mat or meditating!!!
Simply drip 3-4 drops of essential oil into the centre of the groove and allow to stand for a little while as the oil slowly penetrates 🙂
This is perfect for home warming, office desk, like a wardrobe freshener or it can help with relaxation before bed if infused with lavender oil.

Please ensure that wooden diffuser is placed on a non porous surface as the oils will damage wood or paint based surfaces.
