Energizing Blend contains – Frankincense, Peppermint, Bergamot
Calming Blend contains – Lavender, Roman chamomile, Ylang Ylang
Simply drip 3-4 drops of essential oil into the wooden diffuser or aromatherapy necklace pad and allow to stand for a little while as the oil slowly penetrates 🙂
