Dispatch time
We always aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. For customised orders it may take us a little longer to dispatch your items.
 
Delivery service
We use Royal Mail second class as our delivery service for all orders. 

Please allow for delays. If your parcel is not with you 3 working days after your dispatch notification, then let us know and we will get our investigative hats on! Just drop us an e-mail at sales@purplebuduk.com. 

In a rush?
